We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
For UK customers, standard delivery typically takes up to 4 working days after dispatch.

We also ship internationally — delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Please contact us directly if you require international shipping so we can provide a tailored quote and timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation via email with any relevant tracking information (if applicable).

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order — provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credit — refunds only.
